Security Awareness Training

The ARC³ employee security awareness training program has been used by dozens of institutions, organizations and businesses nationwide to train employees and staff in the elements critical to both business and personal security, whether at the job place or at home.

Employee Vetting / Background Checks

ARC³ can assist the employer in developing the appropriate level of employee investigation, background check and drug & alcohol testing effort, depending on the responsibilities and duties of particular employees. We can also direct the employer to resources and organizations that can provide the necessary background investigations and checks.

High Risk Environment Training

High Risk Environment for Noncombatants (HRE)

This program is specifically designed for noncombatants (i.e. technicians & engineers) who will be working in potentially hostile environments. This program provides detailed information on what to do, what to look for and how to protect yourself, from the time you arrive at your destination, until you depart the hostile area.

The HRE Program includes the following course content:

• Airline & airport travel security

• Ground travel security (vehicles & public transportation)
• Hotel & workplace security
• Surveillance detection
• Threat identification
• Roadside bomb detection (IED’s) - As needed
• Escape & evasion

Protective Services

ARC³ can provide complete security training and qualification programs for both armed and unarmed uniformed security personnel, as well as low-profile executive close protection teams and support staff. This capability includes U.S.-based training facilities and personnel, as well as foreign facilities and security assets. These services are available for both fixed capital assets (things) as well as highly mobile senior executive (people) security details.

Additionally, ARC³’s BlackZone threat assessment group can provided advance team threat intelligence support and local asset coordination on an advanced request, contracted basis.
